（1） The project construction unit submits an application.
The project construction unit shall submit to the housing and urban-rural development department of the district to which the project belongs a commitment letter for the application of precast building plot ratio support in Foshan City (refer to Annex 1 for format), land transfer contract (land allocation decision), project design plan, assembly rate calculation book (or module unit application ratio calculation book) and other materials (hereinafter referred to as “application materials”).
The project design plan shall specify the specific content of implementing precast buildings, including the buildings to be implemented, the functions and areas of implementing precast buildings, assembly rate (or module unit application ratio), etc.
