Today, October 14th at 17:00 officially launched! The 2026 Jieyang Marathon, a marathon event certified by the China Association of Athletics, has registered.
The event is scheduled to start on November 29, 2026 (Sunday) in Jieyang City, Guangdong Province.
There are two events, the marathon with 3000 people and the half marathon with 7000 people.
The total number of participants is 10000.
The most breakthrough of this year’s event is that the track entered the core area of the ancient city of Jieyang for the first time.
Ten thousand runners set off from Chaoqiao Square, passed through Nanpu Fishing Song and the No.
1 Scholar memorial archway, walked through the century old arcade group of Zhongshan Road, passed the Forbidden City Park, Jieyang Academy, and Jinxian Gate Tower, and finally reached the south terminal of Jieyang Tower.
As an influential marathon in Guangdong Province, scheduled for November 29th, the 2026 Jieyang Marathon will start at 17:00 today.
