Introduction: On September 8th, the official website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development issued a notice to publicly solicit opinions on the “Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Precast Decoration (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)”, and the feedback deadline is September 15th.
This is the first time that precast decoration has received national top-level design – and the document uses the word “fully adopted” for government invested rental housing, not “encouraged”.
